Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (E-books & Courses)
Due to the digital nature of our products (e-books, online courses, and digital downloads), all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the digital content, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Physical Products
For any physical products purchased through Annu Health Hub, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped, the cancellation request will not be accepted.
Refunds for physical products will only be issued if the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
3. Consultations & Services
Cancellations for one-on-one consultations or appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or fail to attend, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.
